At Televers Networks Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-performance connectivity solutions. As a B2B manufacturer specializing in custom cable assemblies and fiber optic products, we ensure every product undergoes strict quality testing before dispatch.
Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Scope of Policy
By placing an order with Televers Networks (via website, email, or phone), you agree to the terms below. This policy applies to all RF Coaxial Cables, Fiber Patch Cords, and related connectivity hardware.
2. Return Eligibility
A. Defective or Damaged Products (Eligible for Replacement/Refund) We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Manufacturing Defects: The product fails to perform according to the technical datasheet specifications (e.g., continuity failure, high insertion loss).
Transit Damage: The package arrived physically damaged.
Wrong Item: You received a product different from what was specified in your Order Confirmation/Invoice.
B. Non-Returnable Items (Custom & Made-to-Order) The majority of our products are Made-to-Order based on your specific requirements (custom lengths, specific connector combinations, etc.). Therefore, we do not accept returns for:
Custom RF Cable Assemblies (e.g., LMR-400 in specific lengths).
Custom Fiber Patch Cords.
Products ordered in error by the customer (e.g., ordering the wrong connector type).
Goods that have been used, installed, or altered by the customer.
3. Timeframe for Reporting
Physical Damage/Wrong Item: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Functional/Technical Defects: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Claims made after these windows may not be accepted.
4. The Return Process
To initiate a return for a defective item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at info@televers.com or call at +91-8976025333 with your Order ID/Invoice Number.
Evidence: Attach clear photos or test reports showing the defect or damage.
Approval: Our technical team will review the claim. If approved, we will provide a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
Return Shipping:
If the item is defective/damaged, Televers will bear the cost of return shipping or arrange a pickup.
For any other approved returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
5. Refunds and Replacements
Replacement First: Our priority is to replace defective items to keep your project on track. We will dispatch a replacement unit within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned unit.
Refunds: If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method (or Bank Transfer for B2B invoices).
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is inspected at our warehouse.
6. Order Cancellation
Standard Items: Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
Custom Orders: Once production has started on a custom cable assembly, the order cannot be cancelled.
