About Televers
Sandhip Bhatla is the Co-Founder of Televers and a seasoned industry leader with over 30 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, sales, and telecom infrastructure.
A Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) graduate from 1994, Sandhip began his career in January 1995 with CAMFIL Air Filtration India Limited (formerly Anfilco Limited). Over his 12-year tenure, he advanced from Product Development Engineer to Manager (Sales & Projects), contributing significantly to product innovation, production planning, and project execution.
In January 2008, Sandhip joined RFS India Telecom Pvt. Ltd. — the Indian arm of RFS GmbH, a global pioneer in RF cables — as General Manager & Technology Transfer Lead. He successfully led the transfer and setup of the MWA production unit, a greenfield project completed in just 10 months. Recognizing his leadership and strategic skills, RFS appointed him Country Head & Regional Sales Director for India/SAARC in January 2013. In this role, he spearheaded business growth, strengthened customer relationships, and drove regional sales strategies until December 2021.
Throughout his career, Sandhip has been recognized for his ability to blend technical expertise with business acumen, fostering cross-functional collaboration and building high-performance teams. His strategic vision, problem-solving mindset, and hands-on leadership have consistently delivered results in competitive and evolving markets.
With a vision to bring innovative, reliable connectivity solutions to the market, Sandhip co-founded Televers in March 2023 along with Vikas Sethia. At Televers, he leverages his deep technical expertise, operational excellence, and market insight to deliver high-quality RF and fiber connectivity solutions for modern networks.
Robert Hsu is an accomplished professional with a remarkable career in the telecommunications industry. He graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) in 1989, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Management from Golden Gate University in 1991.
Robert's professional journey began in 1992 when he joined Oceanic Technology Corporation (OTC) as an Application Engineer. His exceptional skills and dedication led to a promotion as Vice President in charge of the Telecommunications Division, where Robert successfully oversaw key projects and demonstrated strong leadership.
In 1997, Robert was recruited by Andrew/Commscope Corp. to establish initial sales operations in China. In this role, he managed key accounts such as Ericsson China and China Unicom, contributing to the company's growth and expansion. His success led to a promotion to NEA regional Sales Director, based in Hong Kong, where he's responsible for overseeing sales operations across Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines.
In 2011 he joined Radio Frequency Systems (RFS) as the Vice President of Sales for Asia, assuming responsibility for driving sales growth and market presence in the region. His strategic contributions led Robert to also be part of RFS's global executive leadership team, shaping corporate strategic plans and driving the company's success.
In 2018 Robert took on the role of Managing Director for Greater China at Kathrein Werke. However, the company was later acquired by Ericsson in 2019, and Robert transitioned to the position of MNEA KMC Sales Head, where he continued to drive sales and foster client relationships.
In 2021, Robert co-founded Ark Technology, a pioneering technology company based in Shanghai, leveraging his extensive industry expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to drive innovation and address emerging market needs.
With a proven track record of success, leadership acumen, and commitment to excellence, Robert has made significant contributions to the telecommunications industry throughout his career. He continues to shape the industry landscape, lead successful teams, and make a lasting impact in his role as a co-founder of Ark Technology.
Vikas Sethia is a seasoned telecom professional and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) enthusiast. He graduated from the University of Rajasthan in 2007 with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Electronic Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
Vikas embarked on his professional journey in 2007 with Reliance Communications, playing a pivotal role in electronic procurement. In 2011, Vikas embarked on a new chapter at ZTE India, where he took a challenging Sales & Marketing role as an Key Account Manager for a major telecom operator.
In 2013, Vikas joined Aircom International, which later became part of Teoco Corporation. Here as Key Account Manager, Vikas was responsible for business development and sales activities, collaborating with various telecom operators headquartered in Mumbai.
In 2016, Vikas took on the role of Regional Sales Manager at Radio Frequency System (RFS), overseeing the complete Indian Subcontinent region. His contributions further solidified his presence in the telecom industry.
Vikas has also helped his family to expend their legacy FMCG wholesale business in 2018. He has also founded a FMCG company in 2020 to fulfill his dreams in FMCG industry.
In December 2018, Vikas reentered the telecom industry, joining R&M India as Sales Head. His tenure at R&M India was marked by outstanding performance, where he not only handled the largest account but also consistently achieved the highest sales revenue for four consecutive years, driving exceptional growth
Vikas also founded Televers, capitalizing on his extensive telecom industry experience. Televers is dedicated to innovation, providing valuable solutions in the ever-evolving telecom landscape. Vikas's vision and leadership continue to add value in the industry as he pursues his entrepreneurial dreams while making significant contributions to both the telecom and FMCG sectors.
